Please allow 30 days from the mailing date for complete processing before checking the website for status. If your bill is over 30 days since original submission and it is not found on the website, please re-submit the bill.
After 30 days, if the bill has been processed but does not have a check number and date, please contact the adjuster.
Providers, to expedite review and payment of your medical bills, please always provide the Claim Number on your bill. Also required are the correct name, date of accident and date of birth. This will assist in our processing your bills more quickly. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
